Plenty of bloggers and "fashion experts" are grumbling about the re-issue of the hard-to-find and expensive 1965 prep tome Take Ivy, now available for order on amazon.com and jcrew.com for $24.50.
What gives? Style is for everyone, regardless of price. I say, buy the new copy and use the $1000 you saved for something practical, like the rent.
