Michael Beirut USA Pin

Share
TRUE COLORS  With all the manipulation of public sentiment from politicians, its easy to forget what it really means to proudly sport your nation's flag. Post-9/11, those little flag pins were on every lapel in Manhattan and along he way, the meaning was lost.

Graphic designer Michael Beirut, whose work you'll find at the MoMA and the Cooper-Hewitt, reimagined the patriotic pin by re-assembling the letters of USA. The result is chic, graphic... and patriotic. And in true capitalist fashion, Conde Nast is charging $8 to ship.
