IN REMEMBRANCE At 97, Karl Malden (seen here with Vivien Leigh) was the last of the quartet of stars from A Streetcar Named Desire. His memorable nose was often the butt of jokes and eclipsed his considerable talent, but he seemed to take it in stride, like a true gentleman.
