LADY PREPSTER My Scottish heritage has instilled a love of all things Scot, especially tartan and kilts. This thrift store find was a triple bonus-- a tartan wool kilt, made by Pendleton and used as part of the Frontierland uniform. Would look smart next fall with a shetland crewneck (I recommend yellow) and flats.
