I've always thought of Lands' End as the ugly stepsister to LL Bean. The merch was never as prep and usually was just plain ugly. The tide seems to be turning with their affiliation with Sears and someone has stepped it up with new offerings to please the preppiest of preps and those of us on a budget.
I'm loving this great necktie with a subversive clubs embroidery of a fish skeleton. Almost seems like a Dada-esque commentary on contemporary society. Maybe I'm reading too much into it? Sometimes a tie is just a tie.
