I get frustrated every time I look for a dress shirt. Low quality fabrics, dullsville colors, fit for a square, no collar and cuff options. Enter Brooks Brothers' custom shirts. Go online and choose everything, from the collar style (we like traditional buttondown for casual, the ultraspread Londoner with a tie) and cuff style (French cuffs so I can show off my cufflinks, natch).
Check out my design-- white oxford cloth (ages the best), with buttdown collar, French cuff and diamond-monogrammed pocket. Not cheap at $137.50, but sure to be a fave for years.
